Our Services

We believe in a strengths-based approach to neurodiversity - “Different, not less.” Our team provides thorough autism and ADHD assessments, evidence-based therapies and ongoing support for individuals and their families.

Autism Assessments

If you or your child are seeking clarity around autism, we offer a respectful and thorough assessment process designed to understand the full picture—not just the challenges, but also the strengths. We use gold-standard tools like the ADOS-2, ADI-R, and DSM-5 criteria to guide structured observations and explore developmental history. When helpful, we also include talent screening and Raven’s IQ testing to better understand cognitive strengths and learning profiles.

Our multidisciplinary team combines clinical expertise with lived experience of autism, creating a supportive and strengths-based environment throughout the assessment process. We take the time to provide clear feedback, answer your questions, and help you make sense of the findings. Most importantly, we’re here beyond the diagnosis, working in partnership with you and your family to support the next steps forward.

ADHD Assessments

If you're wondering whether you or your child might have ADHD, the Conners assessments are one of the tools we use to help build a clearer picture. These are thoughtful, evidence-based questionnaires designed to explore attention, behaviour, learning, and emotional wellbeing. They draw on insights from multiple perspectives—parents, teachers, and the individual themselves—to provide a balanced and comprehensive view. Whether it's the Conners 4 for young people, or the CAARS-2 for adults, these tools help identify not only potential signs of ADHD but also strengths, co-occurring challenges, and areas where support may be most helpful.

Understanding ADHD can bring clarity and direction. If you're curious about the process or unsure what’s involved, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Making an appointment is the first step toward understanding your unique profile and accessing support that’s right for you or your loved one.

Therapy and Family Support

We take a neurodiversity-affirming approach that blends lived experience of autism with person-centred values and evidence-based methods like narrative therapy, dialectical thinking, and intentional change, offering support in both individual and group settings.

Our psychologists frequently use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor support that addresses the complex interaction between autism and co-occurring experiences such as ADHD, anxiety and Positive Drive for Autonomy (PDA).

This balanced, strengths-focused approach provides practical tools and strategies while creating personalised pathways to well-being that honour each individual’s unique profile and aspirations.
