Therapy and family support

We take a neurodiversity-affirming approach that blends lived experience of autism with person-centred values and evidence-based methods like narrative therapy, dialectical thinking, and intentional change, offering support in both individual and group settings.

Our psychologists frequently use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor support that addresses the complex interaction between autism and co-occurring experiences such as ADHD, anxiety, and Positive Drive for Autonomy (PDA).

This balanced, strengths-focused approach provides practical tools and strategies while creating personalised pathways to well-being that honour each individual’s unique profile and aspirations.
